Refund & Replacement Policies
Information regarding length of warranty can be found on each product page in the Product section of this website.
Refund on Landscape Fabric:
For a refund on your purchase of landscape fabric, send your receipt and a letter stating the reason for the refund request to the address shown below.
Refund on Other Gardeneer® Products:
For a refund on products other than landscape fabric, you must return the product along with your receipt and a written note describing the reason for your dissatisfaction to the address shown below. Please note: if you do not have a receipt, the refund will be made at the current market price which may be lower than your original purchase price.
To Get a Replacement for a Gardeneer®/Dalen Product:
If the item is defective in any way and you want a replacement, it should be returned along with the receipt and a brief explanation stating the reason to the address shown below. NOTE: Please do not return landscape fabric. Inflatable scarecrow devices will only be replaced within 60 days of purchase.
